Welcome to Ruth K. Broad Bay Harbor K-8 Center. This is going to be a very special year for all who attend our school. Each year brings excitement and new challenges. Working together, we can continue to keep our students safe and maintain our standard of excellence.
Our goal is to provide the best education possible for your child. We believe that each child is endowed with his or her own individual capabilities and characteristics and it is our responsibility to provide each child with an educational program best suited to meet his or her needs.
You, the parent, play a vital role in your child’s educational experience. Frequent communication between home and school will improve the quality of education we provide and increase your child’s opportunity to learn. Help your child enjoy school! Take time every day to listen to the experiences your child has in school. Feel free to contact your child’s teacher to clarify expectations and to monitor their academic progress.
